WINK WINK!!!

Ok so I just HAD to post this picture....it makes me laugh just looking at it! This is what you get when you ask Demi to give you a wink! She tries sooo hard! The cutie gets er done though! :)

Happy Easter!
Easter this year was a little different but very fun. Usually we go out on the dry windy desert with all the Family. This year we had a beach instead of a desert and humid air instead of dry wind! I think the part that really threw us off was having NO extended family to celebrate with like every other year. The kids woke up and followed their jelly bean trail leading to their hidden baskets. They were very excited for the bunny to come to their house. We read some stories and Clint told them about the Resurrection and real meaning of Easter. Once they got into bed, with big smiles on their face's, they fell asleep within MINUTES! That is amazing for our children. Some times it can take hours! After playing with toys a little, we had Easter breakfast, went to church and above all had a VERY LOVELY DAY!

Saturday night we colored Easter eggs........well let me rephrase that, Demi colored Easter eggs!!! :) She would grab and dunk every egg she could get her little paws on. Corby got done coloring his first three eggs and by that time she had dunked all 14 others, three times each! We finally had too take away the water colors before she had HER whole body dunked too! As you can see....we went to church with colored hands and green feet! Guess you can't say were not festive eh? Friday evening we went to Bass Pro Shop and took pictures with the Easter bunny and had an egg hunt in the store. It was pretty cool but what really threw us for a loop was Demi.........she actually sat down with the Easter bunny! She has been terrified since birth by any furry, pretend character or animal! She is scared of Santa, Chuckie cheese, Mickey Mouse, Pluto.....you name it! They are all real cool until they get a little too close for comfort. Disneyland was a hoot to see Demi back away from Pluto! ha :)

Ok so.... it's past midnight and I'm so so tired! Anyway, Grandma and Grandpa came out to Florida and took us all to Disneyworld for our Birthday's! It was so fun. Talk about spoiled...wow! They loved it! We took them on "Pirates of the Caribean", for their second ride....uh ya...BIG mistake! Demi was freaked out the rest of the time and would NOT go on any ride that was even a little dark! She even cried on "It's a small world"! The poor girl. Isn't Disneyworld suppost to be the happiest place on earth? Her favorite ride is the Marry go round. She absolutily adores it! Corby was real brave this year. He rode alot of "scary" rides. When we went to Disneyland a few years ago, the Pirates ride did the same thing to him but he's a big brave boy now and it was so fun with him. I am so proud of him :) To sum it up.....We had a complete blast!!!!

We watched a Car show that was unbelievable! This was the finale!
Corby watched Sword & the stone movie before we went to Disneyworld and was SO excited to go and see if he could pull out the sword! :) The cutie....he tried soooo hard!
We went to "Honey I shrunk the kids" playground and they had a blast!
Oh my goodness!!!!! My little fiver year old is the bomb!!!! He went on The Tower of Terror! I could not believe he was that brave. I mean, we told him everything that was going to happen and he still said he wanted to go and wasn't scared. He held his stomach so tight through the whole's ride but didn't hardly make a peep! After it was over he said he loved that ride! He's number one in my book that's for sure! :) Good job buddy!

Grandma and Grandpa came out to see us from Utah!!!
Demi had Grandpa wrapped around her little finger within the first 5 seconds!
She put her jewelry on him..........
Had him reading her books...........
And had him playing dollies with her! What an awesome Grandpa!
